1. Order Processing & Cut-off Time
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
- Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
- Business Days: Our order processing operations run from Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or applicable holidays.
- You will receive a notification if there is any significant delay in the processing of your order.
2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery
We offer the following shipping options for eligible orders within the United States:

- Transit Time: 5–10 Business Days
- Estimated Delivery Time: 6–13 Business Days
- Shipping Cost: $0.00
Standard Shipping
- Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days
- Transit Time: 4–6 Business Days
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–9 Business Days
- Shipping Cost: $19.99
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer’s location, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control. The estimated delivery period begins after the order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.
- This email will include your Tracking Number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
- Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
4. Shipping Charges & Taxes
- Free Shipping: Eligible orders using the Free Shipping option will be shipped at no additional shipping cost.
- Standard Shipping: The Standard Shipping option costs $19.99 unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Transparency: Any applicable shipping charges and taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Sales Tax: Applicable United States sales tax will be applied at checkout where required by law.
- Customs & Duties: If an order is shipped internationally and becomes subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes, such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Delivery Accuracy
- Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. The Jacket Culture cannot be held responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery caused by information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
