- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
- Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
- Business Days: Our operations run from Monday to Friday. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.
- You will receive a notification if there is any significant delay in the processing of your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. The options below apply to both destinations, using reliable carriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Standard Shipping
- Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days
- Transit Time: 5–10 Business Days
- Estimated Delivery Time: 6–13 Business Days
- Shipping Cost: Free

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.
- This email will include your Tracking Number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
- Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
4. Shipping Charges & Taxes
- Transparency: Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.
- UK Customers: Applicable UK taxes (including VAT where required) will be applied at checkout.
- US Customers: Applicable United States sales tax will be applied at checkout where required by law.
- Customs & Duties: If your order becomes subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Delivery Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. The Jacket Culture cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries or delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery caused by information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States only.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@thejacketculture.com.
- We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
